A joint venture is when two or more parties collaborate to conduct a mining activity, in this case, alluvial or small scale mining activity. Joint Venture (JV) arrangements suffice when Miners who have been granted mining concessions or Licences, look for Investors with capital (money and machinery) to go into a JV arrangement.
